ABS/HZD fuse blowing

pontiac sunfire, 116000 m. my ABS.HZD interior fuse keeps blowing. it blows after about the 3rd time my car is started. I tried removing the two abs fuses under the hood since i really dont need the abs when i do that the interior fuse blows when i push on the break. I really dont need the ABS system and dont want to put too much money into the car but my turn signals are on the same internal fuse as the ABS and I kind of need them. Is there any fix for this problem?
