GMmerlin got a ?

I have a 95 3100 the dumb thing hesitates when engine is cold hooked it up to a snap on scanner at the shop no codes.
when the engine is starting to warm up it goes away let is sit and cool down 50/50 chance it will do it again, the car idles fine does not use any oil might use some coolant have not decided yet if it does. I went to GM calibration website seen a reflash for the computer not sure if thats the problem.

Thanks! (even if ya dont answer)

Re: GMmerlin got a ?

when I would first start up my 97 it would have troble idling sometimes and when it didn't do that and I took off to drive it I would get to the end of my street go to give it gas and it would hesitate and fall on it's face and almost die. Mine ended up being the mass air flow sensor. Don't know if it is the problem with yours but worth a shot to look at.

Try cleanin out your intake plenum and throttle body. Clean the IAC valve pintle while your at it, and put new gaskets on all of it.

Make sure you don't spray or try to clean the Mass Air flow sensor or you really will be replacing it
