Changing Thermostat

Does anyone know where the thermostat is for a 1996 Chrystler Town and Country 3.8L engine? Is it easy to get to? Thanks.

Follow the top radiator hose (large diameter hose on the passenger side). Where this hose connects to the engine is the thermostat. I believe that there are two bolts. I had one come out in pieces in my 96 T&C.
