Question 2000 Nissan Xterra

Hello, New to sight- I searched the archives and maybe I am just slow. I have a 2000 Nissan Xterra XE the ABS light and the SES light came on.
and ideas? the vehicle has 75 K on it? Thanks in advance and if I am in the wrong place sorry.

Yes, I moved it to this forum for you. The ABS light can come on from dirt and rust on the ABS sensors. Pull them out and check 'em. It's just one bolt holding them in, just make sure you keep track of the o-ring that can get pulled off. There is also a TSB on some years, but I can't remember on which years. I think later than the 2000, but you can always do a search and check.
