ok so its not the ALT. ...?

k so i got a tracker, and the dam alt. went so w/e i replaced it and checked out the broken one and yup the bearings and the bushings where shot right but the starter engages but now it doesnt turn-over and it starts when it gets a boost and i've gone through three batteries and its an electronic fuel injection. When the alt quit the first time it slowly dropped to five rpms then died. When i shut it off it doesnt start.
