civicb16a swap

hey,
my buddy has a 91 civic dx with a zc engine and tranny.he's been looking into getting a b16a vtec but doesnt know how hard it would be.he did his own zc swap and it runs great.so how is this swap compared to the zc swap in terms of being hard.any major problem like wiring, mounts,tranny,,etc....any input on this would be great....Thanks!
