Aux Power outlet dead

I have a 2003 Savana G-Van with an aux power outlet that does not work.
We were running an inverter pluged into Cigarette Lighter, blew fuse, then my son switched to the Aux Power Outlet, guess what it blew fuse as well.

(at least that is what I thought) I stopped opened my owners manual to the Fuse block diagram. Cigarette lighter is fuse # 30 replaced that it now works.

Auxiliary Power Outlets is listed as fuse #29, it looked fine, I still replaced, the outlet does not work.

I checked most of the other fuses, incase the diagram is wrong, found no bad fuses.

Is there another I am missing. Is there a fuseable link in line.
