national focus meet!

if some of you haven't heard yet you must be under a rock. there is gonna be a national g2g in southbend IN. it isn going to be held at The Tire Rack. there will be an autoX on the Tire Racks test course, a car show, and tons of other things.

way to rip off National Zetec meet (which became National Escort meet because the foci always backed out)

im not shure but i don't think the idea for a national g2g was ripped of anything. how could it be?

there was a national meet devised but apparntly focus guys feel the need to seperate their cars from all the other. cant affrod to be seen with contours and escort nooooo

haha. i have never heard about that before. if it makes you feel better you can invite all the escort and contours you know to go to it. a ford is a ford. your more than welcome to go.

Just the owners. People don't blame the poor Honda for the 8 foot wing with pink and purple neon flashing lights, just the clown that installed it.

You just need to get the word out better. I've never heard of a National Zetec meet. But it does sound cool. I've always wanted a T34 Escort, so no hate here...

thats cuz after 2yrs very few foci came but huge amounts of escorts showed (all gens)so the people that ran it Changed it to the Escort Meet.

Yeah, we always have very little attendance from the focaljet guys during the Contour Spring Zing event each year. Cougar guys are the same way. They feel they should have their own seperate event, which is fine seeing as generally 100+ Cougars show up. It would be pretty hard organizing a dyno day, etc, with 100+ cougars and contours. I might have to show up to the focal jet one though, since I live in Fort Wayne. Im organizing the Spring Zing event this year, May 19-22, here in Fort Wayne.
