Currently I am planning on buying DC 4-2-1 header since they are the only ones that I know of that can fit on my car (unless anyone else knows of another brand) but that's besides the point. What I would like to know is how I can I go about 1) removing my old stock header 2) istalling the new ones and 3) the difficulty factor on this job. This would, of course, lead to a full on exhaust upgrade, i.e. free flow cat-back {maybe str8 pipe}, and exhaust muffler. Thanks for any help from youse guys

you should try searching, I know I was looking for the same thing and this guy had a site with about 9 DIY's. From reading it it seems like an= easy thing to do.

Re: Removing/Istalling headers
If you have ever lifted your car and have a decent set of tools you should be able to do it yourself. I know I've posted this in other threads, so a search probably would help.
I recommend getting a can of Penetrating oil, like PBblaster, and soaking the bolts the night before...this will help tremendously! Also make sure you get new copper gaskets...I reused my old ones, and I got 2 exhaust leaks within 50 miles...they each cost about 8 bucks...your local shop should be able to order them for you...aim for copper, as it is the best at preventing leaks in the future. Jack the car up, get it on sufficient jack stands or something safe (don't do this simply with the car on jacks...that can be very dangerous). You may need a breakerbar to get the rusty bolts loose, unbolt the stock. Put the new one on, align everything, before tightening down all the bolts. Tighten down when satisfied that all fits right. Turn on, check for exhaust leaks...after 50 miles of driving, retighten all bolts, as they will get hot and expand... Also, if your header comes painted, don't be surprised if the paint burns off...mine did

When I was reading the DIY, it said to let the pentrating spray sit overnight as well, and then loosen the bolts in a certain pattern and not just in order from left to right or right to left. like do the one on the top middle left, then bottom middle right then top middle right then bottom middle left, etc.
