Question 2000 Neon Dash and Tail lights wont work..

I was just letting my car warm up last night for a few minutes when my dash(cluster) lights went out, along with the lights on my temp controls and radio. I drove home this way and a woman also stopped me after I turned into my driveway and told me my tail lights dont work either. I checked my fuses in the panel next to the steering wheel and all are fine. My other thought was maybe a ground wire was loose or something, please help me out!! Thanks! A reply would be grreat!!!

Unhappy Another Idea!??

I checked and replaced all fuses and that is not the problem. I also replaced the tail lights themselves, not really thinking that was it since I have brake lights but no tail lights and they both run off of the same bulb. So the only thing I can think to do is maybe use a 12-volt tester on each fuse to see if I have power, and if I dont, then maybe it is the switch itself.....maybe thats why I dont have cluster (dash) or tail lights. If anyone else has a suggestion or if they agree with this, please post a response! Thanks!
