vtec controller

i have a b16a2 with aem cai, dc 421 header, apexi n1 exh, 75 shot nos, aem fuelrail, (and just purchaced crower cams and aem cam gears but not yet installed ) with an apex vtec controller... my question is ... i dont have access to a dyno at all right now and i prob wont for a while does anyone have any settings for the vtec controller that would work good .. i know how to set it but what do i set it to ... anyone have a chart i could read or can anyone make a chart so i can set this ... mabye what you have yours set to or is this piece of equipment even worth having .. mabye should i sell it ?? cause it hasnt made a bit of difference in my cars performance since i have gotten it and the only thing it does for me is makes my vtec go on at 4500 rpm and i feel that for 400$ it had better do more than this ... so can someone please help me out with a list of settings or a chart to what i should set it to ... thanks alot

you have to get it dynoed to get it tuned properly. Since every car is different, one person's settings may not work the same way with yours.
