Question exterior mods help

I have a 97 eclipse and Im about ready to do some serious mods to the entire car. I dont want it to look like what everyone sees, hence blizt body kit. I want to figure out something unique wide body kits but they are kind of expensive so I found online an EVO body kit that looks really good. I was also thinking about painting it white with a pearl, but a friend of mine (hes an art major) said that the lines and curves wouldnt hsow up as well on a light colored car. if anyone one has any sugestions on what I could do to mod my exterior please leave them.
