Camry 98 check engine P0125 & P1135

I'm having error code P0125 means Insufficient coolant temperature and P1135 means Air fuel sensor heater circuit response. These codes were scanned by my Lap Loger on my car Toyota Camry Le 1998. Please help!!!.

If your car is not getting up to operating temperature reasonably quickly, replace the engine thermostat.

Also sounds like your A/F ratio sensor is bad. Check the connection to the sensor. If the connection is good, replace the sensor (the one in front of the cat. converter)
