Question from 2.8 to 350

I have an 86 s15 jimmy with a gutless 2.8 v6. I want to get rid of the engine and upgrade to a chey small block preferably a 350. I already know that I have to replace the transmission. My question is are there any more things that I need to watch out for when I make this change, Like motor mounts, clearances, changes in suspension??? I know that such a change is possible I just want to know what to watch out for before I dive in to the project.

Re: from 2.8 to 350

Do a search for s10 v8 conversion on google.
