95 civic dx engine swap help

I have a 95 civic dx and I am looking to put b16a in it. is it to hard go from a non-vtec to a vtec engine. about how much $$ am I look at spending and how easy is it. And anything thing else you want to tell me about the swap.

I did the exact same thing and it cost me $2500 total. but I got lucky and got an entire front clip so it came with everything I needed. if you need to know more detail let me know.
