What size alternator will I need to run a eD NINe.1 Amplifier and 2 16Kv.2 Dual 2 subs? Will I need a bigger battery? Can anyone give me any info on doing "the big 3"?

Good choice, I've got a nine.1 running 1 e12O.44 and it works great. I'm running mine at 2 ohms in a '96 Cavalier and it doesn't leave too huge of a foot print. There is a small amount of dimming but it's not too bad. You shouldn't need anything new, just upgrade the big 3 (search for it on this forums, there are tons of topics, namely its the wiring under the hood of your car.) and you'll be set.

I am glad. I have had some people tell me I needed a high output alt instead of my 90amp but I couldnt find one for my car. One more question, with a nine.1 should i get Kv or Ov subs?

yea, on the alternator thing ........ best thing to do is try it with just the "big 3" upgrade. If you're battery is always drained, then you you will need a bigger alt.

90amp altinator should handle it. on average it takes 30amps to keep a car running and other stock assesories maybe 20amps leaving the other 40 all to you. and what the alstinator can handle the battery should supply. jsut dont play it all the way up all the time on hard hitting bass lines. give your battery a chance ot recharge every once and a while, especially if it isnt deep cycle. the magic 3 will usually help out a great deal with over all electial effeciency.
