1999 Chevy Malibu LS Stock Stereo
Hey does any one know the Stats or what ever for this Stereo i wanna know the Rms....I am looking into buying new Side speakers and i dont wanna buy A after market radio unless i have to.....Since it wont fit in flush since my AC and stuff is connected to it......can you please help thx u.

WHat are you talking about? If you get new side speakers they will still distort. You need a new headunit 1st! you might now even need new speakers. You buy a dash kit to fill in the gaps then it will mount flush. Headunit then speakers....Just tryin to help.

i dont wanna buy a new after market stereo i wanna keep my inside of my car low key... since people in my area been getting there stuff stolen.... About the head units u know how there like 50Watts 4 ways i a wanna know what the Stock stereo is if its like 20watts 4 ways or what ever it is

Hi. I just bought a 2000 Malibu LS last week. Seems I'll be praying alot after reading these threads.
Anyway, I too was wondering about the wattage of the stereo. I've searched around the net trying to find out. No luck.
