No room in front! Need seat to go back further!

Help! I am trying to get comfortable buying a new 2005 Sienna and now come to find out the seats don't go back far enough! We need 3-4 more inches! How dare Toyota drop the dash right on my shinbone! Seems to be made for you short people out there! Any suggestions on what to do? Toyota has apparently lied - the passenger seat is NOT an 8 way - it's only front to back and up and down. More like a 4 way if anything!

How come no memory seat? Anybody out there know where/how to get and/or add a memory seat at least for the driver? Dealer says unavailable. My wife and I are 2 different sizes and this always trying to get comfortable is the pits and is not working out very well! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
