My Caprice!!

I thought it might be good to just have everyone put a picture of there caprice on this page!!

But anyways this is my 86 Chevy Caprice Classic i was fortunate enough to get a caprice born in the same year as me, but also it only had 65,000 miles on it. I currently have dules(custum piping coming from each intake manifold...i ran both pipes on the one side of the crossmember where it was already bent at), 20% tint, a nice head unit amps and subs(you can prolly hear me from 2 block away), K&N air filter, and waiting for some headers, as well as police rims to come in...

My main thing is i have a set of air shocks in the trunk and i was wondering if anyone knew the pricing on putting them on or even better how easy it really is to do and could explain it...

How can you post pictures? I've tried copying and pasting and that did not work.

Mine

Well i found a better deal on a caprice then you did, i found mine from an 80 year old lady, it has 31,000 orginal miles, it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor, for 2 grand and you can hear me coming from 4 blocks away, and mine was produced the same year i was born also.

And air shocks are a very very simple install just like regular shocks, the hardest thing about them is finding a good hidden place to mount the air filler, its pretty simple.

Police rims won't fit unless the car has the heavy duty suspension package. Basically a 9c1 (police), 96 (tax) or maybe FE1 (performance suspension) codes are what you have to look for on your spid. Or you can just measure the bolt pattern of the wheels you have now. It should be 5x5"

125,000 miles and i paid $100 the guy said his parents wanted it out of there garage

funny thing, i had an 88 ls brougham that i paid $100 for with a blown water pump. i kept it for a few years till the tranny started shifting funny then (after disclosing the tranny problem) sold it for $300. i started going through caprice withdrawal. about a week goes by then a friend at work tells me about this faded beauty in his parents garage, and thats her down there VV
