Question help with pictures

Im sorry to ask, but I couldnt figure this out on my own. Id like to post some pictures, so I read the FAQ's but that didnt help me. it said to use the "BROWSE" button to attach files, but I dont see that, also I have tried to open a poll before, but once I clicked submit thread, it just... submitted the thread... is there something that Im missing? I didnt wanna come in here and ask an annoying newbie question, but I couldnt figure it out! sorry guys... thanks... Rick.

Once you have your pic saved as a file on your computer, go to http://imageshack.us, click browse, ond open your file. Then copy the URL with IMG in the brackets onto your post.
