---C-Piller Insataltion Help Please---

Hey I just got a c-piller for my 1990 honda crx dx. I dont know were to mount it at because i dont want to start cutting away at the panels and I cant get them off. Help. Were do I bolt them down to? Were do i cut at, Please help. can some emial me a step by step instalation of it or pics of the strut bar instalitions step ill mail them some money if it works out please ThankYou.
