Impala 2003 Gross Vehicle Weight?

I'm going on a trip and need to tow my 2003 Impala, but I need to know what the gross weight of the car is to make sure the truck I use will be able to handle the job. Anyone know the weight or where I can find out?

just guessing i would say 3450 lbs. check the blue book. or check for impala on search engine on the net

depends on what motor you have, but if you have the 3.4 it has a curb weight of 3389. the 3.8 might be a bit more, im not sure. but edmunds.com has it listed at 3389lbs.
