Question 1996 Neon Computer Frys! 3rd in 6k miles!

My 1996 Neon ACR is blowing the 20 amp fuel pump fuse. THE FUEL PUMP ELECTRICS ARE DISCONNECTED AT THE FUEL PUMP!

Happens instantly when ignition is turned on.

SO...I traced it to the computer. Changed the computer & it worked fine for about 100 miles on the race track. It blew again (same symptoms), so I'm guessing we lost another computer (3rd in 6,000 miles).

Has anyone had this problem? Is there something obvious going on here?

Any ideas?? Thank You

Downstream O2 sensor all the way, if you look at the wiring leading up from it it will cross over the passenger side axle, allot of times they meet it owns the wires and causes a short. The Fuel Pump, Primary PCM power, and O2 sensors are all on the same circuit. I had the exact problem, new wires on the O2 sensors and a zip tie to hold them out of the way and it made it all better.
