I searched the forum for ADR Wheels. I didnt find much about them so what's the deal with these rims? Are they low quality? They are very cheap and im a guy with a tight budget so i was considering them for my eclipse. any expericence? Thanks!

When you mean they are cheap, what price range are you talking about. Also what is your price range, how much you willing to spend? I saw a few on ebay, they end at about 300-400 each and about 120 for shipping. Its prob gonna cost you 200 for wheels so your looking at about $600-$800. Thats not that cheap, i got my wheels for 800 w/ tires. I guess you need to explain your question a little more.

Re: ADR Wheels

usually cheaper wheels will be okay. they will most likely be heavier then more expensive ones. $800 rota slipstreams weigh 8 pounds a wheel stock 1G wheels weigh 47 a wheel. wheel weight is a big factor for accelaration since wheels have almost 10? (somebody correct me if im wrong) times the effect that body/interior weight does, and losing interior weight 10 lbs feels like 1 hp

i could be wrong, but read closely the cap, it said VSR and not ADR, that sound kind of strange to me, the rims looks cool and i like the price a lot.
Actually i don't know any of both brands (ADR or VSR) but the price and the look are cool.
What is weight of those rims? and wich one is the bigger tire you can put on one of them (225/45-17 or 235/45-17)?
