no start

ok, i just put a new fuel pump/fuel filter in my 96 2.2, the car will start run rough for a few seconds and die.. sometimes when it starts it will run smooth, sometimes putter like hell. any ideas?

Why did you replace the fuel pump and filter? Because you had the same problem? What's the fuel pressure at the fuel rail? Is the Check Engine light on? and if so, what's the code?

the fuel pressure is fine, i dont have a code reader though.. i just took off my iac valve to clean it, and voila! thats it.. the pindle is stuck open.. so anybody have a iac valve that they are willing to part with ?

what does the iac valve look like?? i have a 96 cavi that was hit in the front but i should have it..
