No lowbeams!

My bro-in-law has a 1986 accord the low beams do not work.this was a sudden thing.I checked the fuses and found no power at fuses.what do I do now?? please help

Maybe you just need new head lights. The 86 has pop up lights I think. Right? Well, if it doesn't work check the wiring connection and if it's not that then go purchase new headlights and install them to see what happens.
