The air bag light came on after I changed the rack and pinion on my 94 Civic, and also the horn won't work, I'm about to reset the yellow plug under the dash, but before doing it, I wanted to know if anyone knows what could have happened, I didn't mess with any conectors when I changed the rack and pinion, anyone with an answer?

Re: SRS light on and horn won´t work
All the work I did was under the car, removed the screws that hold the steering column to the rack and pinion, it kind of drop a litle, kept it in place, remove the rack and pinion, install the new one, put the column back, screws and done! What could have disconnected inside the steering wheel?

There are a bunch of connections with the steering column, including the SRS. Try them all. Could be that the all look seated in the connectors, when in fact one might be a little loose. Did you have the battery connected when you did the work? If so you might have blown a fuse somehow. Also, if you didn't disconnect the power cable from the battery, it is very dangerous to do any work on the car, especially within the engine compartment. good luck

Re: SRS light on and horn won´t work
Found the problem, there is a round connector in the steering wheel where the cables for the airbag and horn are attached, under the airbag, it was broken, I had to tear apart the whole thing to find that out, just in case someone else has the same problem in the future.
