I know how you can get one for 150+shipping. Anything else is going to be hard.

get the dimensions, go up to home depot, but the wood, and have the guy there make the cuts. then take the pieces home, and have a friend help you put it together. use wood glue and drywall screws. then completely caulk all of the edges on the inside.

Re: anyone here make boxes

cutting the wood with a knife is almost better than letting home depot cut it...

Re: anyone here make boxes

or you can:
go to Lowe's/HD.
Buy the Wood (3/4" MDF)
Buy a circular saw
Buy a milti speed jig saw
Buy a box of 1.5-2" drywall screws
Buy a tube of Silicone ore Siliconized Acrylic Chaulk that doesnt need a chaulk gun (the kind yo usquees with you hand)
Buy a Big Assed bottle of Wood Glue
Buy a very straight un pressure treated hard wood 1x1 or 2x2
Buy a gallon of wood laminate sealer or hardener and catalyst to make a quart of epoxy resin
Build you enclosure.

Cost?
well for me at Lowe's
1 4x8 3/4 sheet MDF: $24
2 Tubes of Siliconized Acrylic Chaulk: $10
1 Box of 2" Drywall Screws: $4
1 Bottle Of Gorrila Glue (not needed, this is hella strong wood glue. stronger than super glue and epoxy after it dries, very expensive. regular old wood glue will do you more than well): $13
1 Gallon of Wood Laminate: $8
1 4' oak 2''X2'': $6
Total: $65

That was the total for a recent 3cuft ported enclosure i built for my house. the hard wood 2x2 is for corer bracing. get the straightest 2x2 you can find and pressure treated and stof woods will warp with humidity.
you say you need tools also?
Circular Saw that will last ya: $40
Multi Speed Jig Saw: $35
Total: $75

$175 all in all and you will have all the toold needed and some supplis left over to build and charge a frind for and enclosure or for your next enclosure after you decide you want bigger and better. if your not that good of a carpender than a tub of wood puddy will do yo ugood also to fill in the gaps that wou will probably create from jsut learning to use a circular saw. practice Jig saw on some scrap wood before making the death cut, always remember that you can always cut more oof but yo ucant glue more back on.so unless yo uare making ab ox for 2 10's and later decide you want 2 12's practice is always good. a saw zaw is faster but also alot harder to control.
