My new name
After a bit of a creepy IM conversation with a stranger, I have chosen to change my active screenname to TangieAIM for the time being. If you are interested in contacting me, my profile has been updated, and I will be using this new name whenever I am signed on. Thanks so much for bearing with me!

OK, I’ll change it when I next log on to AIM. The internet can be really strange sometimes. I’ve had some decidedly dodgy messages from strangers on ICQ (to which I have since put them onto my ignore list!).

What's the offender's screen name? I will have my legion of e-thugs set his screen on fire with IM's...just kidding
 That really sucks but I know what you mean...I have had to change my privacy settings to allow only people on my buddylist to see me to keep creepies away.

Hey, thanks everyone for your support.
The person whom I thought it was is now likely unrelated. I did a bit more research and discovered that timing didn't quite work out as I had first planned. Not to mention that the harassment has stopped. For the time being I'll continue just using my original screenname of "saturntangerine" but I reserve the right to hide under "TangieAIM" if I ever need to! :silly2: I'll continue to keep you all updated! ~tangie
