get my acura back on track!!

hey whats's up?

i got a question about my 1990 acura RS.right now its got a tired b18a and inm looking for a new engine.now i heard that b18a's and b18b's and c's are good if you're gonna add a turbo.now should i invest in a new motor like a b18b or c or should i get new parts and rebuild and keep in mind that funds are limited.s1o lets say that a compression test is all good and the block is good, should i rebuild this one or go with a b18b or c even though ill slap a turbo on it?????
