So hold up, you cant have an intake, engine dress up kit, etc. ? Why? I hate cops. I know there are some good ones out there but its hard to like them when you've only ran into the assholes. Another thing, if your hood latch is broken and you can't open it they will impound the car at your expense. What if nothing is found. So they impound your car b/c of your exhaust, find nothing illegal under the hood, and then bill you for the impound. This shit makes my blood boil!

Edit: I agree with Stelthee, I'd never live in California. Say what you will about Nebraska, we don't have a million different vehicle (both cars and motorcycles such as 2-stokes) standards and there is pleny to do with your car if you live near Lincoln or Omaha.

Jeez. I'm sorry, but this is something that f*cking pisses me off. When was the last time you heard of a Harley getting pulled over because the exhaust was "unusually loud"? What about seeing a Trans-Am or a Camaro pulled over for "suspicion of exhaust modification"? This is 100% bullsh*t and I'm sorry for you Cali guys that have to put up with it.

That's total Bullshit, i know street racing is bad, but those cops are so stupids, that for simple shit they can say your car is illegal, arrest you and take your car , at least they should be educated on the matter.

And yeah near my house there is a hooters where many bikers get together with those louds exhaust, they even have police officers there to protect them i guess, and they speed and are loud as hell but those pigs don't say a fuc.. word.

I can see why having catless or gutted cats is illegal due to pollution but why an intake. So is anything faster than a stock civic allowed in California...lol. If they are worried about the pollution factor they should be ticketing SUV's and large trucks instead.

That is a load of crap. Sometimes I'm glad I live in North Dakota...sometimes. I live in an area where there are only 80,000 people but we dont have to put up wth that. I guess cops dont seem so bad around here anymore after seeing that. For all you Cali people just keep it safe and dont get caught.

i wonder how many deaths per year are caused by street racing in california to warrant this? because alot of these modifications seem based entirely on the fact that they are used for street racing and not any other safety or pollution violations although granted, some are.

sidenote... I also cant stand those people who get to be so overweight that they cant get out of bed... I saw this show and this guys legs gave out on him when he was in his kitchen... so he just crawls to bed and stayes there for seven years
