Start up problems

Hi,

I have a 1996 Saturn. I have problems with this car since I got it. For no reason the car will not start. You turn the key and you get nothing, no lights, no dashboard lights, nothing. I have brang it to a couple of places and they say its fixed but then a month later it isn't working again. It think its something electrical but I have no experience with it so I just don't know what to do.

Can anyone give me any suggestions.

what did the places claim the problem was?

do you have access to a multimeter or voltmeter?
