Sputterin' Truck
Lately, everytime I start my truck, no matter what time of day, it sputters and chugs like it is not getting gas. Had a new fuel pump installed last July, new plugs. After a minute or so, it starts running fine. What is going on?

Re: Sputterin' Truck
Try getting some dry gas and putting it in your gas tank, if the fuel line is a little blocked it should help clear it up and/or if there is some water in the gas it will help with that.
My car also sputters after starting once and a while too, usualy after it sat there for a while or when its parked on a hill with the engine at a higher elevation then the gas tank. The dry gas is a shot in the dark but it might work. |
