Skylines legal in Guam
Can anyone confirm that Skylines are legal in Guam. I heard that they are, and saw a couple that last time I was there.

I have no clue. Are you in the Armed Forces? But I really don't see why Guam would have a problem with them. I doubt they are worried about emessions and safety regulations.
On a side not, I know a few people who were stationed in Guam and they loved it. Have a good time!

No they are NOT any more legal in Guam thatn they are in the CONUS.
