anyone want some head??

alright, i figured the title would grab some attention.

if you've read the thread 'sad tale of a dying h22' you know that i floated my valves and require a full valve job. i was thinking, as long as i have to take apart my head, might as well upgrade it. in the future i plan too boost, so i wanted to know if these upgrades are compatible with future boosting.

skunk2 stage 2 vtec cams: $900
skunk2 valve springs: $300
skunk2 retainers: $170 ??
skunk2 valves: $54
skunk2 adjustable gears: $229 ??

basically, i want to know if the gains are worth is, and if it has a '??' it means, is it neccesary? i know for stage 2 cams i need upgraded valve components, just not which ones. i probably have to replace the springs and retainers anyways, so i need input
