Hey hey guys n gals, just letting you know I've almost got her done. I decided to paint her a medium smoke grey metallic with silver stripes. All thats left is to paint the stripes on the roof and deck lid, I'll get some pics up over the weekend here once the weather gets better and I get the stripes done. I've done this all myself and I would have some pics from the "during process" but my dig camera went out on me. I tried to do it right by stripping her all the way back down to the bare metal and fixing any rust spots by welding in new metal. The only thing really left is the interior and a new driverside floorpan. I do have one question for you guys though, I want to sell her to get an older (1970) maro. How much do you think I could get out of her. Its an 82 Z-28 so its the first of the 3rd gens and she has a decently fresh rebuilt 350 with around 30-40,000 on the engine, bored 30 over, gear drive, edelbrock 650 carb and intake, headers, new paint, will have new interior, and a system of course. I was thinking somewhere around $3500 OBO.

Re: painting my maro
I would think you could get 3500 out of it but I would start it at 4000 so you have room to bargin and have a better chance of getting it.
