S-type Fuel Filter Replacement
Is it necessary to relieve the pressure from the fuel system (via the pressure relief valve requiring a special tool/gauge) in order to replace the fuel filter? In some JTIS literature, I see that caution, but it appears as a generic comment rather than a specific step.

Some technicans disconnect the battery, because of electric fuel pump & releave fuel pressure @ the fuel rail.
