timing belt on 89 ranger

ok guys...did spark plugs in this thing a week or so ago. before i did them i had no problems with it idleing. after i did them it started idleing rough...should i replace em with motorcrafts?

now...i replaced the timing belt today cuz it was so loose it was hitting the timing belt cover. well now that i did it it doesnt run right. its got the 2.3 with dual spark plugs. heres wut it does. after i start it it does its usual thing where it idles rough...(spark plugs?)...now after i let it idle for a couple minutes i shut it off. then i tried starting it again and it sounded like it lost compression in a cylinder or 2. wut would u do?

also....i dont have the tool for the timing belt tensioner for it...where can i get the tool?...i kinda wanto to get it cuz i had to slide it on and off without loosening the tesioner....very hard.
