Crossfire tranny acting funny
My Crossfire, started shifting into 1st gear hard and then shifting funny for about 2 days in higher gears. Today it only has second gear because it's in limp home mode. Any idea what could be causing this?

Check engine light on? If so, are there any codes? You may have to take it to someone with an advanced scanner.

Re: Crossfire tranny acting funny
Yeah, actually, we pulled a code P0715 yesterday. A turbine speed sensor. Anyone know how hard to get to and where to buy Crossfire parts?

Re: Crossfire tranny acting funny
First thing is nice car. Second is that code is generic and indicates a problem with one of the speed sensors, of course it could also mean a problem with the wiring or computer also. If you haven't had any recent repair under the hood the wiring is probably fine but it wouldn't hurt to check. More than likely it is a sensor located in the trans. As you know your car is a rebadged Mercedes. Chrysler may be able to fix the car or sell you the part but........I'm not absolutely certain, I like the Crossfire but I'm not that familiar with them.
