If your car has the autobahn package it would had to have come from the factory with V rated tires. Check your driver side door for the tire spec sheet and it will either say it requires V or H rated tires.

oldsdad
Another easy way to make sure is if you have a long straight section of highway is to take it up to 110MPH and see if the computer will cut the fuel and spark to the cylinders. The autobahn cars will hit about 145MPH while the other will only do 110. Also, Im pretty sure heated seats, the Bose stereo system and the chrome wheels were options as well. I used to think the chrome wheels came with the autobahn package but Ive seed a few Auroras on the ebaymotors site that had the standard wheels and also had autobahn package and my 97 Aurora has all options except for the autobahn and heated seat options but it did come with the chrome wheels. Re: Autobahn package
Autobahn package code is QQX. Look for it on the build sticker on back side of trunk liner near the antenna on '96 and earlier. On the back side of spare tire cover for '97 and later. It's the only way to be sure.

Re: Autobahn package
i don't have the chrome wheels, nor the z rated tires -- but i CAN go 125+ --- i'll check for the code in my trunk later --- but i'm sure if i can go 125+, i have it -- which makes me a happy camper..errr...driver.

Re: Autobahn package
Just an FYI
QQX is the RPO for V rated tires (145mph) KV4 is the RPO code for the 3.71 (STS tranny gearing)
