need sidemarker help

So i installed sidemarkers today and i wired them to my turn signals. so now when i turn my lights on everything comes on, but now nothing blinks, not even on my guage cluster. What did i do wrong?

too much resistance? like when u put in a smaller resistor in your flasher to make them blink faster, maybe the opposite happened.

did you tap in to the wires or run them thru the new side marker. The only way to do it is use positive of current turn signal to positive on you new markers. And also the negitive the same way. Never heard of this happening ya may have done something wrong.

Also if you got the LED type of side markers they only go one way. If it doesnt work reverse your wires around. it should work then.

Duh im dumb. LOL. It was right. I forgot to have my key in the on position.
