Re: o2 senor wire for guage

White wire (D14 on the ECU), it's the "Primary O2 Signal" wire.

Yeah, it's the white wire on the O2 sensor.

They don't suck, they just aren't nearly as accurate. It will tell you if you a running lean or rich at WOT...they aren't very good to use for tuning

An EGT gauge would give you a better idea of your air/fuel ratio at any rpm. Running colder = rich and hotter = lean I believe.

thats right. im gonna take a wild guess and say you bought the cheapest ebay a/f gauge you could find, in which case, you probably just wasted your money seeing as you have no use for it. save your money and buy a wbo2 if you're really that interested in tuning your engine.

Re: o2 senor wire for guage

He didn't say he was going to use it to tune the engine or anything. To see if you're running lean or rich it will work fine; it's not going to be 100% accurate but it will give basic information. It's like a stock tachometer, it's always off by a little bit but most people still use it to give them an idea.
