Very possible, @17 psi w/ a good exhaust, dp, intercooler and intake.

Re: is it hard to break into the 12 sec with the ct20b

Well, i wasnt gonna get started with the variables:

- Tires
- Weather
- Track Condition
- Driver
- Elevation
- Tire pressure
- Gas, oh my god gas...
- Launch
- If the engine is in good shape
- If you got quality performance parts (TKO exhaust, KO DP, Greddy IC, Apexi Intake)
- Tuned?
- Wheels/size
- Extra weight from sound system?

I could go on forever, but I still stick by the word possible.

With the right driver and right set up ... a CT20B has already gone 11.85 in the 1/4 mile

and if i'm not mistaken, the same guy who ran that 11.85 also ran mid 12's with a ct26.

Correct.

That would be Bryan "NoShoes" Moore.
He happens to be the primary tuner of Hyde
