will 14 rims fit a 1999 windstar?

MY Mom has a 1999 windstar with stock mags that are 15 inchs. She wants to put 14 inchs snow tires on for the winter. Some one give her 4 new 14 inch snow tires. Can you buy 14 inch steel rims that will fit the windstar. Thanks Dave

The important thing when changing tire sizes is to ensure that the outside circumference stays as close as possible tot he original otherwise you will get speedometer errors and essentually a different distance travelled per engine revolution.

Of course this does not answer your question but I did want to make the point.
