Okay, this is what you do. If you have a Prelude, all you need to do is give me the $58.98. Then you just go ahead and race the Civic. You'll kill him.

Why a number like $58.98, why not an even 60... weight reduction is what you need, It's free and it works. Run on a quarter tank of gas... What year is your car? Auto or stick... What year is his, auto or stick, you need to say more. theres to many variables right now.
