Ford Power Festival at Moroso
Hey guys, on Sunday, Moroso had the Ford Power Festival. I took a few pictures and here they are.
That's the "World's Wildest Woody" I didn't come up with that name.  This Cobra went 7.63  9.11 1/4 mile on 2 wheels.  My favorite. Yes, that is a Jet Powered PT Cruiser. The Mustang beat it, it went 5.83 at 250 mph.    I think it was a 68 fastback, I don't remember with an 03 Cobra motor  Yes, that IS the new Steeda Mustang. They said that Steeda has already built 100 oif them, they're just not for sale yet.   And......  Credits to Melissa for this picture. Here's my latest toy, I hadn't posted any pictures of it yet.

Cool pics. Do you have any more pics of the Steeda? I'm not sure if I like the front air dam though, need a different angle to tell.

They actually took the car down the strip and I thought they were going to take her for at least ONE pass, but NO!! They just drove down the strip like at 10 mph. I don't think I could resist the temptation of mashing down on the gas halfway through the track. You can't really tell from the picture, but it has a HUGE wing on the back, not exactly to my taste, but still nice.

Damn, Wish I knew it was coming. I would have gone. Jupiter is just up the Turnpike from me. They have a Moroso track close by me in West Palm. Must have been a good show there.
