head swap
I have a D17A1 motor and I am able to get my hands on a D17A2 motor for free, but instead of swaping the motor out I was just thinking of swapping the heads. I can also get the ecu for the other motor.
Any ways I was wondering if it was worth doing or if I was better off just not going through with all the trouble.

Re: head swap
I'm guessing one is VTEC and one isn't...I don't know shit about these 7th gens lol. Anyhow, if that is the case you should do it. Won't be a huge power gain but there will be some. As for the actual work that goes into doing something like this, if it is the same as doing it on previous generations, search for minime conversion and you should find quite a bit of info on it.
