BLUETOOTH phone

I have a new LS 430 (love it) & want to take advantage of hands free
calling through the navagation system useing a BLUETOOTH phone...
I also dont want to leave VERIZON wireless ( unless i have to)
Does anyone know if a Motorola Timeport 270 with the BLUETOOTH
module will "talk" with my LS430???????? Any Ideas or input would
be welcome.....The Motorola timport 270 seems to me to be the only
phone i can buy (used, it is no longer made) that is compatable on
VERIZONs system......

Re: BLUETOOTH phone

I'm loving my Bluetooth phone. It's made driving easier and safer. You may want to check out blueserker.com to see a list of Bluetooth phones, and even sign a petition to the companies that are not supplying them!

Question Lexus LS 430 and Timeport 270 BLUETOOTH

I also have a 2004 LS 430 and am trying to connect a Bluetooth cellular phone for Alltel CDMA network. I also am working with the Motorola Timeport 270 with Bluetooth Module, but have been unsuccessful in linking to car. Has anyone done this?

I think you should check with lexus for compatable phones...i dont think verizon has any..I got 05' LS430 couple of weeks ago and using a T Mobile Sony Ericsson T610 it works great you can transfere your entire phone book to your car memory. If you leave Verizon you can still keep your number and use it with other carriers.

I have since gotten the Motorola V710 Bluetooth phone and it works on my 2004 Lexus LS430. I bought it from RadioShack (as a Verizon phone) and took it to my Alltel office, and they placed it on Alltel service.

Good luck - You may check it out at:
