SBC in 94-98 Mustang??

I am looking to see if anyone has done a SBC swap into a 1994-1998 Body style mustang and was wondering if anyone knows where i can find some information on doing this, if its been done, and how hard it would be. Thanks for your help.

**Edit 94-98.. NOT the fox body style '93. Sorry.

Re: SBC in 93-98 Mustang??

you would need custom mounts, custom driveshaft and a GM trans. Also, it would be much easier to go with a carbed Small Block than a EFI one. You would also need to make a custom dash panel to fit generic gauges. Also, it might be tough to get air conditioning to work if you want that. power steering lines and assorted other lines and wires may have to be custom built.

Yes, thats what i was planning. A 383, with a TH-350. I was hoping to keep Air conditioning but its not a must. All the electrical will be pulled and redone as most will not be used. Mechanical gauges, and such.

Why not just build a decent 351?
