Re: 2005 Mustang burnout video.

at first i didn't like it...i thought it was a dealer raggin on a car they're trying to sell...After seeing that it was at a carshow by someone who owns it, i thought that kicked ass!!!

Re: 2005 Mustang burnout video.

This question might seem elementary but when your smoking your tires do you press the break in while you have your foot on the gas? Do they throw anything on the tires to keep them slick? Only reason I ask it because when I see people smoking their tires it looks like the front wheels lock up.

Re: 2005 Mustang burnout video.

Depends, in a stock car...Yes hit the gas and the brake and the reartires will smoke given your car has the power to break them loose with the brakes on. You can get a line lock then you just hold a button and it keeps pressure on the front brakes only... You can put stuff on the reartires but it isn't necessary to make smoke.

Talking Burnout

I noticed this was at a car dealership and thought to myself how funny it would be to see the look on a salesman's face if you were doing this to a new car on a test drive!!! Holy Shit Batman!!!

I've test driven a few cobras and a mach1 and everytime they let me get on it hard...When i was testing out a silver 03 the salesman was telling me to try and burnout and he was laughing as i was hitting 90-100 on denver streets (back street behind the dealership) and doing smokey burnouts and taking corners sliding the back around...It was alot of fun!

Re: 2005 Mustang burnout video.

Just go to a dealership and ask for a test drive...That's all i've done. I'm not going in acting like i'm going to buy i just walk in a talk to a salesman and eventually he either offers or i just ask...Only time i've "tricked" was when i wanted to testdrive a new tripple black 03 (had 65 miles) and a new charcoal mach 1 (also had under 100 miles) for a testdrive to see which one i perfered performancewise. Give it a shot, what's the worst that will happen?...they'll tell you no (i've had them tell me no at 3 different dealerships). The new 03-04 cobras and mach1s made me a mustang fan...(i still love my old camaro) but i'd love to own a new stang and i really like the way that the new stang (05) looks.

Hey HiFlow,

You are a corrupting moderator. Before I saw this movie, I was thinking about getting a Toyota Prius ( for a fraction of a nano-second).

Re: 2005 Mustang burnout video.

I am going to try a reverse burnout very soon. I'll post a video of it after.
